BPSA believes scouting should be for life and should not end when you turn 18. All of our leaders are Rover scouts who are working on their own to become a better person and community member. The Rover program focuses on the ability to train and guide others in scouting, bettering yourself through learning, camping, and hiking, and continued community service. You don't have to have a child in scouting to join the Rover section but we are currently focused on building the troop and programming. In the future we would like to have specific activities for Rovers once we have a larger group supporting our efforts. Some of the activities would look to do are:
- CPR training
- Trail restoration
- Backpacking trips
- Bouldering
